Return Policy:

Have confidence in ordering with Skaterbuds.com, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the skates less shipping costs. In the event  that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. If for any reason if you receive damaged item(s), contact us at customer service  for a replacement .

Back Order Policy:

Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2-6 weeks due  to color or other unforseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued.

Shipping Policy:

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via US Postal Service but UPS and FEDEX is also available. Occcasionally circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time such as holiday season, large orders or out of stock items.
